By accessing or using Loadout at runloadout.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Loadout is a fleet management and IFTA reporting tool for owner-operators and small trucking fleets. The service includes trip logging, fuel tracking, mileage calculation, and IFTA quarterly report generation.
3. IFTA Tax Calculations — Important Disclaimer
Loadout's IFTA calculations are estimates for reference purposes only.
You are solely responsible for verifying all calculations and filing accurate returns with your base jurisdiction authority. Loadout is not a tax advisor and assumes no liability for any filings, penalties, audits, or assessments arising from use of this software.
Always verify calculations against your actual odometer records before filing. Per-state mileage estimates are based on route calculations and may differ from actual driven miles required for official IFTA filings.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information. You may not share your account with others or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use Loadout to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Impersonate others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
- Interfere with the service
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of Loadout is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses caused by downtime or service interruptions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loadout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting privacy@runloadout.com.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
