Loadout (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates runloadout.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. By using Loadout, you agree to this policy.

• Account information: email address, full name, base state
• Trucking data: truck details, trip logs, fuel purchases, mileage data
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type

• To provide and operate the Loadout service
• To generate IFTA reports and profitability calculations
• To send transactional emails (OTP login codes, account notices)
• To improve the product based on usage patterns

We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security enforced. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access is restricted to your account only.

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase (database and authentication) — supabase.com/privacy
• Resend (transactional email) — resend.com/legal/privacy-policy
• Vercel (hosting) — vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing privacy@runloadout.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

You have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, and export your data. Contact us at privacy@runloadout.com for any of these requests.

We do not sell personal information. California residents may request disclosure of data collected and request deletion under CCPA.

Loadout is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of Loadout after changes constitutes acceptance.
